The Fitton Center for Creative Arts is turning up the artistic energy this year. This non-profit arts organization has been a part of the community for over 20 years. Come enjoy an exciting lineup of rotating art exhibits and extraordinary performances for the whole family. The Fitton Center is the place to be this year!

Captivating Art Exhibitions

Featuring works from both local and national artists, Fitton Center's art galleries rotate throughout the year, offering something fresh and exciting with every visit. From contemporary paintings to intricate sculptures, the exhibitions will highlight a variety of mediums, styles, and themes.

The new art exhibit showing from August 2024 to September 20, 2024 is called Keepsake. This exhibit showcases five artists; their work makes memories tangible and considers the relics we leave for future generations. Pictured above shows some woven art pieces using plastic beads and yarn.

One of the art galleries included in Keepsake is dedicated to local fiber artist and printmaker, Baylee Schmitt. Baylee's crochet art highlights moments from her childhood with glimpses of her home, all woven and crocheted. It's a beautiful exhibit to explore!

Fitton Center's next exhibit, We > Me, will open on October 19, 2024 and run through January 2025. This exhibit will select area photographers to present visual tales of Hamilton’s 17 unique neighborhoods. Learn more about Fitton Center's exhibitions here.

The Magic of Live Arts

In addition to visual arts, the Fitton Center is bringing the stage to life with an impressive lineup of performances. The 2024 - 2025 season features everything from arena rock to Caribbean rhythm, and treasured children’s tales like Winnie the Pooh to more adult fare like the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
