This past spring, Kofenya started a roasting company above their coffee shop, Firefly Roasting.
"It has been incredibly exciting to incorporate these roasts and profiles into our classic recipes," says Kathryn Marsman, owner of Kofenya. "It’s an exciting balance of trying something new while staying true to what people love about us."
