Soldiers, Sailors, & Pioneers Monument

National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting

This modest building in West Chester played a pivotal role in U.S. wartime efforts between World War II and the 1990s. First operational in 1944, the Voice of America Bethany Station once housed advanced radio communication technology known to the world, allowing for the broadcast news and entertainment to countries around the world.
