1. LOOK- Hold the glass by the stem and observe the color.
2. SWIRL- Swirl the wine in your glass to release oxygen. This will bring out the wine’s aroma.
3. SNIFF- Try to pick out at least two aromas and identify them such as fruits, herbs, flowers, spices, nutty and vanilla aromas.
4.TASTE- The best part! Fill your mouth one-third full. Pay attention to how the wine feels, and how long the flavor lingers.
