Recently opened in Oxford, Chocolate Euphoria is the brainchild of two University of Cincinnati students passionate about bringing international flavors to the local community. Their menu features crepes, waffle sticks, and notably, the Dubai Chocolate bars. They also offer other treats like Dubai Pistachio Croissants, Dubai Pistachio Crepes, and Dubai Strawberry Cups (for a limited time!)
