Butler County's incredible attractions, experiences, and open spaces endeavor to welcome all visitors. We're continually working to make Butler County accessible to all. Here's our top list of accessible attractions for people of all abilities.

Butler County Donut Trail
The famous Donut Trail is one sweet adventure— the trail includes visiting 13 local mom and pop donut shops to get your passport stamped. Once your passport is complete, you can then turn it in for your Donut Trail T-Shirt! The Donut Trail can be completed all in the comfort of your own vehicle, and each donut shop along the trail has step-free access. EnterTrainment Junction
Wheelchair-friendly and one-of-a-kind, the world's largest indoor train display has lots of things to see, do, and experience. Explore the intricate miniature train display where 2 miles of track wander through 3 different historical time zones. There's even more fun to be had at the A-Maze-N Funhouse. Within the same building, you can explore the fun mirror maze and other interactive accessible attractions.

Fairfield Community Arts Center
Located in the heart of Fairfield, the Community Arts Center offers a wide variety of cultural events and activities, including theatre performances, art workshops, traveling shows and exhibitions, and more. The Fairfield Community Arts Center is ADA Accessible and wheelchair-friendly, including accessible restrooms and viewing space in the theatre and art gallery.

Fitton Center for Creative Arts
Come curious and leave inspired at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts in Hamilton. This non-profit arts organization offers art classes, workshops, musical performances, theatre and an art galleries for all ages. All of the art galleries are accessible to wheelchair users. If accessible seating accommodations are needed for theatre and live performances, you can call the front office at 513-863-8873 to make arrangements while ordering tickets.

Haute Fusion Glass Studio
Magic is always happening at Haute Fusion Glass Studio in Middletown, featuring handcrafted glass art in many different forms. The Studio offers art workshops starting at beginners level, and functions as an art gallery. The studio is wheelchair friendly with step-free access and accommodations can be made for workshop participation. Street parking is available for visitors.

Holiday Auto Theatre
This is a staple in Butler County as one of the last remaining drive-in theatres in Ohio. Holiday Auto Theatre is open March through October showing double features to audiences from the comfort of their own car. The drive-in allows for visitors to watch movies comfortably from their own vehicle, making it easier for those with any physical limitations. Holiday Auto Theatre also offers physically accessible restrooms.

iFly
iFly in Liberty Township is a completely unique indoor skydiving experience. iFly has developed the technology to create a stable, wall-to-wall cushion of air in a controlled environment to give people “wings” in a safe and reliable environment. Through iFly’s All Abilities Skydiving Program, they will accommodate anyone with a disability at any time. They will also honor their discounted All Abilities rate if you call to book your flight and refer to the program. Their staff is qualified to work with physical limitations. iFLY is for ages 3 – 103, and have a maximum weight limit of 300lbs.

IKEA
The one-of-a kind Swedish retailer is one of the only locations in Ohio, offering 344,000 sq. ft. of home furnishings in addition to a café and other unique shopping experiences. IKEA features accessible parking spaces with designated family and disabled parking and accessible restrooms located in all public toilet block areas in each store. They also offer loan wheelchairs for visitors to sign out and use, as well as assisted shopping that visitors can request upon arrival at the Customer Service desk.

InsideOut Studio
This art studio in Hamilton has an array of original artwork available to admire and purchase. InsideOut provides the opportunity for artists with disabilities to produce, market, and receive income from their art. You can find street parking right outside of the studio, as well as a ramp leading up to their entrance.

Jungle Jim’s International Market
This 6.5 acre foodie paradise offers over 180,000 different products from around the world, along with singing robotic characters and theatrical decor galore! The Jungle Jim’s parking lot features designated handicap-accessible parking spaces. Motorized shopping carts and traditional wheelchairs are available at the main entrance, and a Caroline Cart is available by special request at Customer Service.

Liberty Center
Uniting premier shopping, entertainment and dining all in one environment, the Liberty Center features over 70 different places to shop, eat, and be entertained. You can find a wide selection of accessible parking within the Liberty Center, as well as elevators in The Foundry to access the second floor and physically accessible restrooms.

Main Event Entertainment
Main Event has it all— bowling, laser tag, an arcade, and great food options. Their arcade room, bowling and dining are all wheelchair-friendly. The step-free entrance is also accessible by designated handicap-accessible parking.

Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum at Miami University
Located in Oxford, the Miami University Art Museum is free to all, featuring five rotating galleries. The museum entry is at street level and a wheelchair is available upon request. Individuals who require other accommodations can contact the university at least 24 hours in advance of their visit for help with any special needs.

Oxford Community Arts Center
The Oxford Community Arts Center functions as a home for the arts, both performance and visual, in their community. The center features 3 floors that are available to the public, the first floor being a free public art gallery for the public to enjoy. Visitors can find physically accessible parking available on the West side of the center, along with a ramp that leads directly to an elevator for easy transportation between the three floors.

The Funny Bone
Find an evening of great food and a lot of laughter at this premier comedy club located at the Liberty Center. The club functions as a full-service restaurant and bar, along with some of the most nationally-recognized comedians and shows. The Funny Bone is located next to the Warehouse Parking Garage, which features an elevator for easy access. The club also includes a ramp to the main dining floor near the stage, as well as accessible restrooms. For additional accommodations, you can call (513) 779-5233 to order tickets and make requests.

The Learning Kitchen
The Learning Kitchen in West Chester is a premier kitchen offering a variety of hands-on cooking classes. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner, it’s easy to find a class that will awaken your inner chef! Their parking lot features designated parking that leads to their entrance. The Learning Kitchen has two spots available that are wheelchair accessible along their cooking counters. Feel free to give them a call at 513-847-4474 to reserve a spot for any of the classes on their schedule.

The Studio
The Studio in Hamilton is an open pottery studio where visitors can create their own masterpiece. Choose from over 500 unique pieces to paint with over 60 different colored glazes. To create an environment that is most accessible for all, The Studio offers upon request: paintbrushes with extended handles to allow for further reach, devices that allow people to move their piece without picking it up, weighted water glasses to prevent spills, accessible tables, accessible bathrooms and friendly staff to assist with painting. Visitors can also find physically accessible parking with a handicap entrance located at the back of The Studio.

The WEB Extreme Entertainment
This entertainment center in West Chester has a large variety of activities for people of all ages— from laser tag, mini golf, mini bowling, virtual reality experiences and an arcade. Enter the WEB at the step-free entrance and explore the wheelchair friendly arcade and dining area. The VR experiences, escape rooms, and other activities are friendly for those with any physical limitations. You’re Fired Pottery Studio
This paint-your-own pottery studio located in Oxford is a great place to get creative. Oxford can be limited on parking, but You’re Fired! Offers a handicap designated parking space right outside of their studio. They aim to create a fun and accommodating experience for all visitors and recommend making a reservation.
